What Do You Need? High School Diploma or equivalent, RequiredAssociate Degree in Supervisory Management or related field, Desired2 years in a manufacturing or distribution center environment, RequiredPrevious experience in supervision, PreferredExperience in Manufacturing or warehouse equipment and department processes desired.
